Hello friends, after a long and successful adventure of building and running the olive orchard, we are starting to plan to wind things down and enjoy our retirement.

After the last of the oil is gone, we’re going to have the orchard managed and the fruit and oil will be sold but I don’t have final details yet of how that’s all going to work out.
