Items ordered through thevillabarone.com are shipped UPS. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 7-10 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time.
At this time We only ship merchandise to the U.S.. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping charges are calculated for each address and are based on the order amount being shipped to that address.
Gift Cards are shipped U.S. Mail at no charge for regular delivery. There is a $8.50 charge for Fed Ex express delivery.
We do not ship fragrances, aerosols, and alcohol-based products via Express Delivery or to P.O. boxes, military facilities or outside the continental United States. Please select Regular Delivery for the shipment of these items.
When your order consists of multiple items, we will always attempt to group your items into as few shipments as possible. At times, when your order contains multiple items, it may be necessary to send your items in separate shipments to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner. In this case, you’ll only be charged the order-processing fee for the first shipment. All subsequent shipments from that order will incur the per-pound fee only. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
